This is our temp physics teacher, who asked those guys to call him Wei Pin, and asked us girls to call him Pin Pin.

I realised a few things about him

He tells lame cold jokes
He ends his sentences with 'get it? get it?' very frequently and quickly
He moves A LOT while he's teaching
He always jumps up and down, move left to right while trying to explain Physics
He laughs by himself even though no one was laughing

But even so, he taught us whole-heartedly and full of dedication, he even answered all of our basic confusions like 'why will a car move if there's a balance force?'. We are very grateful to have a good substitute teacher to teach us even though it's just for a short period of time.

Confidence

1. Know your worth.

In order to achieve anything in life, it is important that you know your self worth. So maintain an awareness of all that you do for the world. Take a minute each day to remind yourself – or write down – what you’ve accomplished at work, in your love life, in social settings, at your office, with your finances, and so on. Realize what you are capable of doing and you will feel stronger and have more self-confidence.

2. Dump the past.

Forget past mistakes. Forget failures. Whatever has happened previously has gone forever. Today you can dump the past and start afresh. You can shape whatever happens from now on and create a new, confident you. Forget the past and begin taking action to build a brighter future. And just because things have been a certain way till now, it doesn’t mean they always have to be this way. You can change, you can be confident. It’s up to you.

3. Drop self-deprecation.

Let go of self-limiting thoughts and behaviors. If you repeatedly put yourself down it will knock confidence right out of you. Criticizing your looks, your body shape, your hair, your abilities and your personality is harmful. If you do this everyday, confidence will be non-existent. You wouldn’t think this is a decent way to treat others so make it totally unacceptable for you to treat yourself this way. Be kind to yourself, respect yourself and never ever beat yourself up.

4. Take responsibility.

You can’t choose your family, and you can rarely change people. But you have 100% control of how you react to them. The greatest stress in life is to hold someone else accountable for something they can’t control. The only person you control is you. Once you begin to appreciate how big an impact you can have on your relationships, you’ll feel – and be – so much more powerful.

5. Decide what you want for your future.

Stake your claim. Having a goal or vision will give your life direction, purpose, and passion. And the process of setting a goal, looking forward to it and then accomplishing it, is very fulfilling and a huge boost to your self-confidence. After you’ve dropped those 15 pounds or finally paid off the loan, reward yourself and note the satisfaction of having achieved exactly what you set out to do.

6. Just do it.

The future belongs to the risk takers, not the security seekers. Everything you want is out there – you just have to take action, do stuff, to get it. So whether you want to change career, gain a new skill or buy a gorgeous pair of posh shoes, take a step towards achieving it today. With each step – big or small – you’ll grow stronger and more confident. Taking action always, always raises self-esteem and self-belief. Both of these are necessary to be confident. One of the coolest things about confidence is that once you gain it in one part of your life – it has a lovely tendency of boosting it in others.

7. Accept failure.

Accepting that you will sometimes fail is key to maintaining a high self-confidence. If you do your best and still don’t win, at least you can be satisfied that you’ve tried. If you don’t view failure as a part of life, the smallest derailment can be shattering to your ego. Take risks and learn to fall short; this will teach you at least as much as, if not more than, unfaltering success will.

8. Frequently remind yourself of all of the good things you have done.

If you keep reminding yourself of all the mistakes you’ve made, your confidence levels will remain grounded. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Reminding yourself of the good things you have done builds self-esteem. Why beat yourself up when you can praise yourself instead?

Keep in mind what Anthony Robbins said: “If you’ve ever done anything successfully, you can do it again. Imagine and feel certain now about the emotions you deserve to have instead of waiting for them to spontaneously appear someday in the far distant future.”

9. Create scenes in your mind of happiness, health, and success.

Fill in the details with sounds, colors, and scents. Pull up these images whenever you need a boost. By providing positive pictures and self-suggestion, visualization can change emotions that subsequently have a physical effect on the body.

10. Look forward to something.

Plan a vacation, getaway weekend, or fun day trip. When stress strikes, recall the event you’ve planned for the near future. Everything seems a little bit easier when you have a trip planned. You’re willing to work more hours and tolerate the little things that usually make you crazy.

11. Learn a new trade or craft.

Learn to do something new. You’ll reassure yourself that, with some thought and preparation, you can tackle the unexpected. You’ll also build your knowledge base and gain self-confidence by being able to adapt your knowledge to new tasks. Take an economics class or learn about a remote geographic location in a book. Better yet, do it hands-on: have your mechanic friend come over and show you how to do some preventative car maintenance.

12. Work on your small talk.

Some of us really struggle in social situations such as a conference because they feel they lack the confidence to engage in small talk with people they do not know. They constantly avoid these situations and therefore their confidence does not improve – and nor does their circle of friends. So if you get invited somewhere, make sure you go! The more social situations you get in, the more comfortable you’ll feel making small talk to people you’ve only just met.

13. Learn from the experts.

Unless you’re one of those fortunate people who were told from a very young age that they could be and do anything, your self-confidence is probably something that needs to be – and can be – worked on. So why not learn from those who walk their talk? Buy a book of affirmations and carry it with you. Read it throughout the day to lift your spirits and instill confidence.

14. Arm yourself with the facts.

The more you examine a subject, the more confident you’ll feel discussing it. If you’re nervous talking to your parents or partner about an issue that’s worrying you, then do a little bit of research before bringing it up with them. Just having the information in your own mind will make you feel more confident.

15. Breaking up big goals or tasks into smaller chunks.

If you have been set a task that seems impossible, take it apart and even drill it down to hourly steps. Small progresses eventually do add up to the greater progresses. And as you achieve each step your confidence will grow and you will also achieve a sense of mastery over the issue.

16. Mix with positive people.

Make it a point to socialize with people that are able to put you in the limelight during conversations. Negative people erode confidence like rust upon metal. Who you spend your time with influences how you are. It can be hard to drop negative people but be strong and find a better quality of company. The more time you spend with confident people the more confident you’ll become. Confidence breeds confidence.

17. Be aware of what you allow your mind to be exposed to.

From television to magazines to the Internet, the media is everywhere impacting our daily lives on a subconscious level. It continually bombard you with image manipulation and tales of corruption, wars, crime, disasters and impending doom. This can give you a negative perspective on life. Reduce the amount of TV you watch and do something more beneficial instead. Read a book, workout, learn a new skill – whatever you want. This will replace a negative stream with a positive one, and will boost your confidence.

18. Be philosophical.

This means that if things don’t quite go the way you planned, you can put events into perspective and you won’t let the experience knock your confidence. For example, if you don’t get that job you wanted so much, then why not think about what else is round the corner, rather than ruminating too much on why you failed?

19. Socialize with everyone.

The bank teller, the bus driver, your doctor’s secretary; it is beneficial to strike up a conversation with anyone who crosses your path. Sharpen your social skills and this will make you more sociable and confident with people, especially strangers. As a result, you won’t feel threatened or insecure in unfamiliar situations.

20. Look good.

If you look good, you feel good! If you feel good, you look good! But for those whose self-confidence has reached an all-time low, ceasing to care about their appearance might be a final sign that it’s time to change. How you look is how the world sees you, so don’t neglect your appearance. If you can take pride in looking good when you leave the house, it will do wonders for your self-confidence – when you know you look good, others notice. So do things right and walk with your back straight.

21. Be active.

Keep in mind that staying physically fit is as important as staying mentally sane. A lot of us need to workout in order to maintain a positive self-image; others, to fend off hereditary heart disease. But everyone, without exception, feels better and has more self-confidence when they’re in shape. The endorphins that are released during exercise will lift your spirits during your workout and, in the long-term, help you feel capable to accomplish your goals.

22. Be well-rounded.

Maintain interest and skill in all aspects of your life. In other words, don’t neglect your model-building hobby, your public-speaking voice or your lawn-maintenance schedule. Meanwhile, don’t let your job absorb all of your free time, and make sure your new partner doesn’t keep you away from your other passions. To maintain a maximized level of self-confidence, you want all of your personal qualities to be exercised as often as possible.

After 2 years of delaying, I've made up my mind to make this handphone hanger at last!! It took me 2 1/2 hours to finish, but I'm quite satisfied =) Cute right? Actually it's suppose to have 2, as a couple. But since I'm still single, I make 1 first. Lol..

This is my lunch for today, 1 bowl of hot steamy Jigae ( Kimchi soup). De-li-cious!! Just add in some kimchi and the gravy, little bit of water, 1 tablespoon of 'tuna in water', little tiny piece of chicken stock, and some glass noodles. Absolute delicacy =)

After lunch, I watched Kungfu Panda for the fifth time? or its it the sixth? But no matter how many times I've watched it, I never get bored!! It's just so cute (I meant the panda). I like the part where Po meets his idol, the Furious Five, he said " Woah! The Furious Five! You're so much bigger than your action figures. Except for you Mantis, you're about the same. " Lol..

I haven't watch Kunfu Panda 2, but I'm going to watch it soon, can't wait!!

I finished watching a Korean drama last week, and i have to say, it's the BEST ever!(for me) That drama is called "You're beautiful". One of the song I like is named "Without words", check it out on the right side of this blog!! --->Maybe you have to scroll down a little bit, click PLAY on the Mixpod ipod=).

The blonde, Jeremy (Lee Hong Ki), has a cute personality and laugh always even when he's hiding his sadness. The one in black, Kang Shin Woo ( Jung Yong Hwa ), he's very kind and is a gentleman. The one in green, Hwang Tae Kyung ( Jang Geun Suk ) is cool, sad, and has a BEAUTIFUL voice. Now the brown one, Goh Minam/Minyeo (Park Shin Hye). Minam and Minyeo are identical twins, Minam is a boy whereas Minyeo is a girl. She is careless, cute, and attracted those three guys.

This drama is about a management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singer to the group as the lead vocal, Tae Kyung's voice was hurting. However,the new member, Mi Nam, had to go to the States to repair a botched eye job just before signing the contract. His agent came up with the idea of having his twin sister, Mi Nyeo, to stand in for him and pretend that she was her brother. The two of them grew up in an orphanage and Mi Nyeo, who was all set to become a nun, agreed to this charade as she didn't want to spoil her brother's chance of fame which would make it easier to look for their mother.

C'mon la, can you just shut the hell up?! Don't you teach me how I handle my life and my time, don't even think of meddling them. You think I can't solve my own probs? Dude, if I can't, you think you can? HAHA, yeah, right. I know my own conditions, I know how to solve certain circumstances, don't bug in if you don't understand the situation!

So what if I pay more attention on that? I ♥ it, I enjoy doing it, does it offend you? Does it annoy you? Does it irritate you? If your answer is YES, why is that so? And if your answer is NO, get the hell out off my life! You thought you're that successful, but you don't know what's on others' mind. You're disappointed in me, yeah, I'm even disappointed in you!

Have you ever listened? Have you ever tried to understand? I guess it's a NO. You always thought you're right, thought that you're so good that you can change everything, you even want everyone and everything to follow your way. And you know what, that ain't happening on me, I ain't compromising. Teacher once said, mean is the new kind, I should let you know how terrible you are so that you will not go bad to worse. Went shopping!!! Lol, I do that every time. Normal la, girls, shopping, eating, spending. What a life! Haha.. So I went to Subang Parade last Monday, and I tried an office lady wear! Lol.. Syok sendiri, haha, never try never know right? That was the first time I wore a working suit. I LOVE it!

No make-up, just fake lashes. Haha, or does it still consider as making up?

Exam is NEAR, and I really mean NEAR. Exam is so very boring, Keep exam only, like there are nothing else to be done in this life. No choice, still have to study.

Anyway, if you have a boyfriend, is it that important to have physical contact like holding hands? My friend said he will be so pitiful if you don't hold his hands. But so what? You guys are together just because he wants to hold your hands? I think it's a total crap. After holding hands, there will be other physical contact, hugging, kissing and slowly going further and further. So don't start any contact better. Haha..

There's this restaurant named 'Belly Good' in Sunway. Western restaurant to be precise, it's de-li-cious! The price is reasonable too!

This is Portebello Mushrooms with cheese as a starter, I think it's delicious yet quite pricey.

This is pork belly. It's so juicy and tender. I can't help not wanting more!

These include the pork belly, pork ribs, and I forgotten the other one. The pork ribs are slightly dry. Over all, the price is reasonable, the coffee is unforgettable, and the food is wonderful =D

I have to announce that I'm going through a bankruptcy ><. School's team outfit top and bottom is going to cost me RM70. Where to save so much...? I also need a ping pong bat, RM 50. Omg.. I've crossed all of my budget... Takkanlah, everything also I want to take from my parents..? Maybe I'll take half la, but it's still a lot for me, I still need to put my money in my account ><.. Luckily, school is giving me money as PMR incentive, or else ar, really have to take out every single sen from my piggy bank..

This week starting tuition. Argh!!! My busy, hectic, stressed, tensed, pressured week is gonna start. Wish me luck on overcoming all of those...stuff going on..

I ♥ Ping Pong~

I've been practicing ping pong every week, twice a week. It is very exhausted, really. Even so, I really enjoy playing ping pong. Honestly, this is my first time to be able to like doing something for this long, without any complaint or feel like quiting while practicing.

During the MSSD last few weeks, we did not win. That time, I really felt uneasy. Then a friend who I respect most told me :" Do not be afraid of loosing, try harder and be better next time." And then I realised, he was right. It is not the results that are important, it's the journey that matters. We had lots of fun training every week, despite all those muscle aches, lack of sleep and delaying homeworks. We fooled around, screamed, shouted, yelled, and all those laughters and sweat. Haha.. I think that's the reason that I love ping pong so very much. Every time I feel stressed or tensed, I'll think of playing ping pong. I really really hope that my determination and love towards ping pong will never, ever, change. ♥

Form 4

Being in Form 4 is totally different than what I expected. I know la, the subjects are all new, but it's so hectic, and today is only the third week. The third week, and I fell sick twice, stayed back 3 times a week, slightly delaying my homework, and got into school's ping pong team. Ok, don't laugh, I know it's funny, but I DID practice.

But honestly, I enjoy being form 4, it's nice, that I'm older. Haha.. that's so not the reason, don't worry. It's just that maybe I like becoming a little but more mature. And temporarily, my New Years resolution haven't been broken. That's a good thing right? Hope I'll get well soon=]

I read someone's blog just now, and I totally agree with what she wrote. If I manage to get into Nexus, everything, really EVERYTHING, will be different from what it is right now. I won't have to worry about my PMR result, I won't give a heck about SPM and all the government exams. I'll be enjoying my school life just like going to college early. Too bad, these are just 'what ifs'. Everything still remains the same, stuck in this school for the next 2 years. I don't even know whats the reason I was not chosen. I was THAT close, 5 out of 8 in getting that scholarship and I blew it. It's pathetic. I disappoint everyone, EVERYONE, including myself. Just when I thought I had that chance, it just vanished, right before me. A huge opportunity standing right in front of me, and I just blew it away..

Wedding dinner..

My mum's cousin got married 3 days ago, so they invited us for their wedding dinner on Sunday. But before the dinner, we went to KLCC to shop for a while. So the people there was staring at us, 'cause we dressed a little over for shopping. The most embarrassing moment ever!

The dinner was nice, BUT there are a few guys, 40+ of age I think, sang on stage. My ear hurts a lot. And there's this Indian waiter, who speaks Chinese! Haha.. He was so shocked when my sister asked for beer.

Went to Midvalley today=] Shop till I drop!! Haha, not exactly, just tried out all the expensive clothes and put it back XP Even my mum scolded me :"You so free ar?!" Really free what. Lol.. Anyway, bought my cousin Christmas present from S&J, no one, really no one will ever imagined I'll give him that. Hahaha. Hope he like it la, so it's not a waste of money=]

Plan for tomorrow : Shopping again, I think. Then in the evening, my mum's cousin's wedding. It will be a total grand ceremony, can't wait to go=D Then Monday, shopping with friends again. Lol, I'm a real shopaholic!

Whereas, I'm With You by Avril Lavigne, is very nice. I LOVE it! U Smile by Justin Bieber, not bad, but I prefer That Should Be Me. Innocent by Taylor Swift is nice too, including her new song, Speak Now.

"That should be me" by Justin Bieber, is meaningful, very. Singing along, brings me to the over dramatic feeling. Maybe because it has connections, with the past, it just that, people forget, easily. I sometimes hate myself for having a too good memory, it makes me hard to forget things that I want to, just to move on. People forget easily, against time, the memory just being blown like the wind. But for me, it's just hard to forget, it always remains there, right behind the head of mine.

'Was', represents the past, the history that only remains as a memory. Some things should be forgotten and some not. Just in case of forgetting things, I write diaries, I wash photos, so that it remains till the end. Maybe because some things took place in one-fifth of my life, that's why I have trouble forgetting. But why not vice versa? Why isn't it the same? Did the mark left deeply in me? I don't know. My mind is blocked from thinking of it.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
There's a Halloween party held at the Red Crescent Headquarters. How was it? Fun? Boring? Depends.. Actually I don't know, fun in a way, boring in a way too. Anyway, Congrats to WENDY who won the HALLOWEEN'S BEST COSTUME AWARD, and of course the unforgettable ANGELINE who won the HALLOWEEN'S BEST FEMALE CATWALK! Let's give them a hand =]
And about those pictures we've taken, I'm not that nice =( It's ok, I don't give a heck. So, I will post it once I get those pictures.

Anyway, there's just something on my mind that I just want to let it out. It's suffocating me, no, scratch that, it's KILLING me. It's just so hard to let it out. Maybe because it had been a long time, a really really long time..

Boring-est day of all

My friends are so terrible, not one visited me even when I'm sick =( Well got one visited la.. Thanks Nate=] One day I'm feeling terrible, on the other, I felt better, a whole lot better. Weird.. Maybe it's because of the double dosage of antibiotic.

Can my days be even more boring? My everyday plan was just sleeping, eating, using the computer, and nothing else. I can't even go shopping because of that surgery. It's way freaking boring! I can't eat almost EVERYTHING, all have to be under control. Urgh, I hate to be sick! Not like Facebook is any fun, it's kind of boring I would say. Anyway, thank God I'm much better today, or else I have to be admitted to the hospital for 3 more days. 3 whole boring days, can you believe that?! But I'm not going =] Phew, what a relieve.

Why am I addicted to English songs lately? Usually I'll be stuck with Korean songs, but now, Korean songs seems a little boring to me. Did I change taste? Weird..

Home is the Best~

'East or West, Home is the Best' is what Bong always say. Well, now I really understand it, feel it, and know it. Being in the hospital for 5 days, the thing that I would fear the most is there's a patient next to you. Getting the whole room is the best, no one to disturb you, no one to annoy you, snatch the toilet, talk and laugh aloud, and visitors walking around. That's what happened last 2 days and yesterday morning. But at home, you only have to argue with your family over the noise and toilets. I just wished to go home right now..

Hospital food... wow.. Totally speechless. Last 3 days, dinner was served at 5.30 p.m.. Last 2 days, it was served at 6 p.m.. And yesterday, 6.30p.m. only my dinner was served. Come on, can't you be punctual? At least at home, dinner is always on the table at 6.30 p.m. SHARP. I kind of wondering how my maid be so on time.. Yesterday, I ordered VEGETARIAN FOOD. The taste was...fine? The cauliflower, er hem..boiled..tasteless.. Luckily I just LOVE cauliflower. The tofu, fried, tasteless too. LUCKILY, it still have it's own tofu fried smell.

Ok, let's talk about the..bed.. The bed sheet was actually, kind of, literary made of plastic.. Disposable, yeah you can say that. Maybe because it will be cleaner if you just 'use and throw'. Alright, heck care the sheets, mind the mattress. Urgh, uncomfortable.. And did I say about the air-cond? It gives out weird, creepy, annoying, noise! It's like rusty metals plus old air-cond plus bird squeek sound. Way creepy..

BTW, in the middle of the night, there's a sound...of a crying baby... I heard it... twice... Well actually my dad heard it too, and it's so not scary. Haha.. it IS a real baby. I'm just so way freaking bored, there's nothing here for me to do except using this laptop. I can't sleep... It's ok, just continue chatting.. and chatting.. and chatting.. until it's time for me to go back to my HOME SWEET HOME...

Trip to The Hospital..

I realise I had Appendix, went to the Hospital for a checkup, missed the steamboat with friends. Doctor said that the appendix exploded. that god I did not delay. So I did a surgery, and fasted for like 2 days. And whenever the lady who send in the food send in, she will say that the patient can drink, not eat. But who cares, the doctor said that I'm allowed to eat.

It's actually the same. A Japanese-Buddhist lady came over to see me, which I don't know who the heck she is. But she isn't important, just a visitor. Then I found out that Puan Leong's son, is in the same hospital as I am, she just don't want to tell me which wad is it.

An indian lady started to stay next to me. Darn, she really noisy! So many people visited her, laughing, talking, non stop. Don't you know I need to sleep??

We thought of going to Setia Alam's night market. On our way to fetch my sister from tuition, mum keeps talking about the fish head noodles in Kota Damansara. Well, I was starving as I did not had lunch, so I told them that we can delay the night market and go to Kota Damansara, next to 1 Utama. So in 1 Utama, I tried on quite a lot of dresses, 8 I guess. I bought 1 anyway, and I'm wearing to the Halloween party. Soon after that, dad asked us to go to the highest floor, Jusco. Well I saw a crowd, and when I looked down, I saw Ali Cafe, which led to Raymond Lam. My sister, who is a HUGE fan of him, leaped into the air and scream, well I'm actually kind of exaggerating. But she did that. So we RUSHED down, squeezed into the crowd to have a good look. My sister was devastated as she can't look at him face to face. He was so near, yet so far..

We went shopping at Klang Parade, When we reached home, dad's friend came with her BABY! I carried him, he was just so relax..for like 4 minutes. Just when he saw my face, and realised that it was me whose carrying him, he CRIED! Did I look that scary? Come on, babies LOVE me..last time. Why did he cry?! Maybe he's just no used to strangers i guess, hope actually.

Lately..
The mosquito season is BACK! I hope they're not contaminated by diseases that will cause sickness like Denggi. Is that he reason why I'm feeling feverish lately? Please don't, I'm too young to DIE! Alright, stop cursing yourself! Think out of the box, maybe you're just..weak? Guess so, hope so, please do so. But I'm not only feverish, I'm always exhausted. For example yesterday. I took a nap for like 4 hours, but I'm already tired by 12a.m., that's impossible. And today, napped for 2-3 hours, and now I'm still sleepy. Please don't tell me there's something wrong ><. Okay, don't think about anything negative. This Saturday, 23.10.2010, going to Puan Leong's house for a steamboat party, while next Saturday, 30.10.2010, going to PBSM Headquarters for the Halloween Party. I'm sure it's going to be fun! =]

Dad's Convocation - 26.9.2010

So dad graduated, around 20 days ago. Did not manage to upload any pictures on facebook nor my blog as PMR was just around the corner and it ended last week. Trip to Johor was nice =], but the cab, airplane, hotel was.. urgh! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, VEGETABLE! We took the yellow cab, which I actually expected the black cab a.k.a. the limo. It was so....indescribable. I got down from the cab feeling dizzy and wanted to puke. Thank god I didn't. And we took firefly, instead of Mas Airlines for some reasons which I forgot. And the flight was so bumpy that it gave me a terrible headache, right after the freaking dizziness from the cab. F.Y.I., I kind of accidentally hit a stewardess butt>.< (It's not me to be blamed, the airplane was cramped!)We went to the hotel at night, it was...tiny. No remote for the TV and air-cond (weird), no window (dude, it's a budget hotel, what did you expect?) and the flask to heat up the water..GROSS!!! Didn't they wash it? It smelled like coffee!!

Well, before we went to the hotel, we dropped by Danga Bay (which I don't know if I'm spelling it correctly) It's something like a fun fair, but the ticket for any ride was way freaking expensive. Can't afford it, so we rode a few, well actually each of us once, mum twice. There was this guy, played "bumper car" with my family except me, mid-30's, looks kind of..pervert. I don't like the way he looked ant my sis and mum while he's chasing them with that car. Thank god I did not play that.

On the next day, was the official day for dad's graduation in UTM. He looked kind of smart I got to admit=] Took lots of pictures (kind of) but his wrinkles were all shown =( His pictures taken by photographer of UTM was sent to my house around half an hour ago. Look AWESOME! Too bad there are only 2 pictures. Can't upload any of the 'Johor trip' pictures at the moment, some problem with the damn P1 Wimax, as usual. Dad's complaining to the company everyday though, yet not a single improvement.

Phew, typed so long, got to go now, chiao. =]

Recipe for my delicious kimchii - Specially for Lin and Bong

1. Cut and wash the chinese cabbage (1-1.2kg). Make sure you drain it properly before you put into a pot to soak in the salt water.
2. To prepare the salt water : the ratio for the sea salt and the water is 1:10. Translated, if you add in 1 cup full of sea salt, pour in 10 cup (same cup) of drinking water.
*Please do not use paip water.
3. Soak the chinese cabbage for at least 5 hours. You do not need to soak the radish and the scallions.
4. To prepare the sauce, you need to prepare ginger, garlic, wheat flour, sugar, water, fish sauce(optional) and chili powder.
5. Garlic : 2 tablespoons (after blending)
Ginger : 3 tablespoons (after blending)
Wheat flour : 1 tablespoon
Sugar : 2 and a half tablespoons.
Water : 150 ml (approximately)
Fish sauce : 65 ml (approximately and optional)
Chili powder : 125 ml (I measured with a cup) (add more or less depends on your taste)
6. Preparation for the sauce :

Heat up the water then add in the wheat flour and the sugar. Boil it under a low flame and mix it till it thickens.
After allowing it to cool down for a minute or two, add in the garlic, ginger, chili powder and the fish sauce.
Mix all of them together and allow it to cool.

7. After soaking the chinese cabbage for at least 5 hours, drain them real dry and put them back in the pot. Leave a cup or two of the salt water as the gravy for the kimchii.
8. Add in the other vegetables such as radish and scallions.
9. Add in double or more of drinking water according to the amount of salt water you add into the vegetables as it might be too salty.
10. Mix the sauce with the vegetables evenly. You can do it with your hands so that it will mix evenly. Just make sure that you wash your hands cleanly before doing that.
11. Cover the pot and leave it outside in room temperature for at least a day. Do not leave for more than two days or it will turn out very sour.
12. Keep it refrigerated on the next day.

On Saturday : Dad's mushroom grew big and fat, yet beautifully.. The orchid bloom, after not blooming for ages.
On Sunday : A rainbow appeared.
And my mum said : " No doubt about it!"
Well, for once, I actually admit that she's right, 'she' did call, and it's a great news=] My friends were happy to hear it, Lin was kind of overreacting.. But, I'm just glad that she's excited for me=] My mum sounded very (very very) happy, I'm kind of scared if I failed after going this far. All the best!=]
2 more days to go, Wednesday at 1pm, going back there again, to that awesome, nice, beautiful, huge school. I just love that school, I want to go there badly, I do not want to be stuck in a government school anymore..

Tomorrow decides everything, well, most of it.. If, just if she does not phone me, I don't really know what will happen.. Hmm, maybe going crazy for the whole holiday. Freaking scared right now, might not be able to sleep tonight, that's why I kept busy the whole day, just to tire me out=] Just thinking about it freaks me out, it really is stressful thinking that I might not get in. It's ok, not thinking now, just thinking that I have loads of exercise books for the whole holiday supply. Better finish it fast.

If yes, of course it's good news. No, it's great news! But if don't have, then..it's ok.. I wonder why my parents are so confident that I'll get that phone call.. Hmm, I kind of doubt that myself.. It's ok, at least I tried, right? Wish me all the best =]
By the way, Nexus is really huge! My legs were even tired when I walked from the examination room to the front gate, and that's not even half way round the school. It's a nice school though, wish I could go in..

Happy, sad, joy, fear, excitement, grateful. All these are what I felt today.. God knows those are good or bad.. I felt fear on the stage, and then sad, as I sang horribly as I have stage fright. Happy, joy, excitement and grateful, was felt all at the same time. It's when I received a message written :" You got shortlisted for NEXUS!!" Tears of joy ran down my cheeks. At the same time, thanking god, who fulfill my dream. So the next thing, got to study hard on my Science, Mathematics and English. And next week, I'm gonna show up with full of confidence, without fear. As this, is my once in a lifetime chance =]

Haizz.. Yesterday when a pos laju came to my house, I remember thinking :"Huh?? So fast come already?" But it's not what I was expecting... I guess,what I'm waiting, will not be here so fast.. But.. What I want, is not getting it fast, it's what is inside.. I want it to be written as I expected.. 去了1Utama,
终于买完花全部人的圣诞节礼物..
共花了百多块,

昨晚,
小学6H班的老同学们在王老师的家聚会..
这已经是第三次的聚会了..
而且三次都是我载刘儿的,
都是我人太好 (自恋)..

才迟几分钟,
却大多数都来了,
很多感觉上很陌生,
但久了,
熟悉的感觉再次出现...

刘儿很夸张,
吃了差不多5轮..
很多男生的声音变了,
尤其是Bryan,
变得很沉,
完全认不到他的声音..
而且男生都很高,
顺祈已17+cm了,
我在那边很自悲..
但也习惯了..
江城带了很多烟花,
很美..

很高兴,
因为终于可以跟老朋友聚会.

每一年的年尾，
我都会面对同样的问题 ,
那就是
不舍得跟朋友分离...
今年还得跟5位说声再见..

其中包括了
2A可爱的班长:
朝和..
虽然身为班长的他 ,
不是很尽责,
但他却爱弄人笑 ,
没有他 ,
班也许会很安静..

我最不舍得的是诗敏 ,
在下半年,
她很尽力地读书 ,
但成绩只进步一点 ,
不过 ,
别放弃 ,
明年再来..
我相信你一定可以 !!

我也很不舍得 Emily..
虽然我们在班上不是很友好 ,
但不知道为什么 ,
当我发现她将掉班 ,
我却很伤心..

幸亏 ,
Emily 掉班还有慧琪陪她,
不然一个人在一个陌生的班,
会令人非常害怕...

秀苹啊..
今年非常少跟她说话 ,
所以我没感觉...

我还需与一个人道别 ,
那就是Steven~
他要转校了..
我今年才想起 ,
我认识他 8 年了!
但很少跟他说话...

明年要去早上班了...
